Delete your DogStack account

You can delete your DogStack account (operated by DogStack LLC) at any time. Here’s how, and exactly what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

Email info@dogstack.show from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my DogStack account.” We use the sending address to confirm it’s really you, and we’ll reply to confirm before we delete anything. Your account is fully deleted within 30 days of the request.

What gets deleted

• Your account — your email address and sign-in.
• Rings you follow — your saved / “watched” rings.
• Organizer access — the grants that let you manage shows you set up.

What we keep, and why

A few records outlive the account, for reasons Google Play and the law both allow — kept only as long as needed, and no longer tied to an identifiable account:

• Payment and charge records — required for financial and tax record-keeping. (Your card details are never stored by us; our payment processor, Stripe, holds the payer-side record.)
• Records that you accepted an agreement — kept for legal and compliance reasons (the record that a specific version was agreed to, and when).
• Published show and event information — this is public event information (rings, schedules, results). Once your account is gone it’s no longer linked to an identifiable person.
• Backups — routine encrypted backups age out on their own, within about 35 days.
